He gives an honest recommendation that is not based on his own pocket book. We were victims of a con artist that caused a horrible mess. I found Roy from other great recommendations on Yelp.com, he has helped us so much and kept in touch with us to be sure that everything is working out fine. The moral of our story has been to go with someone who is licensed and don't go with deals too good to be true, because they are too good to be true! Thank you Roy!
